overhead console question

I have an 04 durango that did not originally have the overhead computer, however I was wandering if I purchased one off of ebey if it would work. It has all the wiring harnessess with it. Thanks for any help

Over head computer as in what are u saying like a navigation unit? or is this just a compass and temp guage
