I respect any CEO that will actually speak directly to customers - amazingly, very few actually do it.

To bad I have not bought a new car recently. I would like a call to point out a couple common issues that have been ignored to long. Fortunatly the issues are covered under powertrain warranty or I would consider a different truck brand.
