4.7-liter V8 High-Output Magnum® engine makes 260 horsepower at 5,200 RPM and 310 pounds-feet of torque at 3,500 RPM

I believe Cam, Rockers and Fuel injection is what is different from the regular 4.7

 

Plan to tack on atleast 12 grand, more then half of the vehicle's cost added onto the total. No one would buy it...

and yes people will buy it...

 

4.7 H.O.
Different pistons dome style cast.
Different profile on cams.
Steel crank.
More compression.
Different Damper.
Heads say H.O. on them different kind of valves same size.
Different valve springs.
Same rockers.

This is all that is different on H.O. compared to 4.7 standard.
