DaimlerChrysler Names Manheim's Arena Auto Auction as Auction of the Year

DaimlerChrysler Remarketing has named Manheim's Arena Auto Auction in Bolingbrook, Ill., as Auction of the Year. This is the first time Manheim's Arena Auto Auction has been recognized by DaimlerChrysler Remarketing as its top-performing auction.

Manheim's Arena Auto Auction, one of 24 DaimlerChrysler affiliated auctions, was recognized for providing the highest residual values, quality and customer service to DaimlerChrysler and its dealers in 2005.

Situated on 140 acres, Manheim's Arena Auto Auction features a 12-lane facility with a newly opened state-of-the-art collision repair, reconditioning and sale center, and sold 13,300 pre-owned Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles in 2005.

General Manager Jimmy Compton is a past president of the National Auto Auction Association.
