A hybrid durango [:'(]

Worst then the Escape Hybrid ... why buying a big truck hybrid .. if you want a big truck get a big engine, if you want a hybrid, get a Prius
Imagine a 30 mpg suv that could fit 8 people, not something a prius could do.
ya maybe the prius couldnt do that but if you want to get a 30mpg heavy weight durango with 8 peoples in it ... you need a pretty good 'hybrid'e engine
A hybrid vehicle uses the same gas engine the regular one does, but it has electric motors to assist it. In some cases, a hybrid is faster than a regular gas car.
Have you seen the Hybrid 4-runner i think it is? 0-60 in 7.something seconds?
In what case is a hybrid (thats in production) faster than its regular model? The Escape hybrid does the 0-60 in 14.5, the Civic Hybrid does the quarter in 18.8 (regular civic is 17.3), and the Prius is at 18.0. At the moment, there arent any hybrids in production that are faster than their all gas siblings...if you were interested in speed, you wouldnt be buying a hybrid.

They dont make a Hybrid 4-Runner...its the Highlander, the hybrid version does it in 7.3 vs. 7.4 (some have it as 7.5/7.6) for the all-gas version, and a 0.1 second difference can hardly be considered "faster" in a 0-60 sprint.

[>:] Then im surprised but those big hybrig cost a lot ... for me an hybrid is a Prius lol

Hybrid : Ugly, bad performance, useless, good mpg ...

If I had to put 35 000 Can $ for a Prius or for a Jetta TDI ... ill get the Jetta

I love those small Vw ... The Golf R32 and the Jetta VR6 are really nice

my dad has a Skoda, used to be ajoke car same as the yugo/lada,but since been taken over by vw,his is the skoda octavia vrs, same floorplan as a passat,180bhp,1.8turbo.in the real world, goes like f*ck,handles, but looks like aboring euro-box,and is £2k less than its nearest rival, puts a smile on his face, frightens the crap out of my mum on the twistly fen roads where they live.agree with you the VR6 is a brilliant unit, but still love the 5 pot in my ancient Audi Quattro2.2 turbo, circa 1985,280,000 miles, track day'd to hell, refuses to die!

Well ... I wasnt a big fan of Audi and Volkswagon ... but the brother of my friend got a VR6 with a lot of mods ( Chip,Exhaust,Headers,Cam,Cold Air Intake ) ( hes a son of rich ) and he says he got almost killed a WRX ... hes a bit higher then a WRX but still lower then a STI ... He want to be able to kill those STI ...[:-] will see

The mom of my really good friend got a Golf 1.8T and its a pretty cool car, good interior, maybe a bit a women car, but looks good, anyway my friend is going to get it in 2 years. Shes a girl but she says she want to modded it
His father got a A4, its exactly the same interior just a bit bigger, and he got the big engine in it and he drives like a crazy father

So now that I travel with her and her parents I love those car
