Y'know, the Chally's big show wheels were sweet and all, but really the car looks fine with the regular SRT wheels. If that's what's on the production 6.1 version then I'm cool with it.

Nationals was pretty awesome! This was my first year going to the Nats in Columbus. It's completely different from Carlisle which I have been to several years. Although the sun made me a lobster, I enjoyed the event. I'm looking forward to getting a car fixed up and going to this meet every year I can.

Ok, I gotta ask. What the hell is this for? Looks like the drain plug on my camper.

i dont know..i think that its either a charging point of some sort or possibly a data port? It looked like an electrical connection...the 300C mule that i found had similar connections, but it had two of them...this is the best shot that i have of the plug:

here is a close-up

the only other thing that i could think of would be an entry point for alternative fuel, but when i used to fill propane vans for the school, they used a MUCH bigger fitting than that...

it's used on the calibers up here in canada. it's a port for charging our cars up quicker and more efficient than when we used to plug them in out of the engine. i think it's a good idea, but the adapter cable is very expensive and lack a security feature, so they are easily stolen. Besides that, we have to back in everywhere to charge up. in the future, we will be able to link two or more in series for better energy conservation for long periods of time, like parking at an airport.

What exactly are you charging though in a gas powered car?

that was a joke, every american i've ever met has asked me if our cars are electric because of the power cord coming out of the engine. if you don't actually know what that is, if you've seen one, it's an electric cord leading to a block heater. we have that to keep the engine oil from getting too cold, we just plug that in overnight while the car is shut off...and NO, we don't live in igloo's

Ahh, ok, that make sense, didn't even think of a block heater, I guess you probably need them a lot more up there since it gets a lot colder, even in the new england area the only time i've ever seen them down here was on diesels.
