Sounds like axle wrap. Do you have a lift with blocks? Broken rear leaf springs?

just accelerating has nothing to do with RPM but the harder i press the gas or if i have a load it will shake harder drives normal after about 5 kmph

axle wrap only happens on hard acceleration and from a dead stop, not wile cruising.

The 2500's have 2-piece driveshafts that have a center carrier bearing. i would crawl under your truck and shake your driveshaft where it enters that bearing and see if there is any play. It shouldn't move at all, so a slight clunk and it's bad.

if it's not that, then your torque converter may be the problem. How many miles are on it?

This sounds like it could be a broken trans/eng mount. How about putting it in gear with emergency and foot brake applied and running the engine up some (power brake). Don't spin the tires but put a strain on the engine and drive train. If the engine is missing under load it will show up. If the engine isn't missing then have someone look to see if a mount is moving. Be careful and don't run over anyone.....

like stated before, its either the carrier bearing, torque converter, the only other possibility is a failing u-joint, set the e-brake, and put the trans in nutural and move the drive shaft around to see if anything is loose
