Mystery Engine Malfunction 6.7L diesel

Well, here I am again with another gremlin mystery. This is my 2007.5 Ram 3500 diesel 6.7L.
Was coming home last week and was almost there when the engine suddenly quit. I mean there was no stuttering, missing, bumping or jumping, just like I turned the key off.
Dropped tank and installed one of those "gold" priced fuel pumps and nothing. Not even a one second buzz. Followed all the procedures of replacement and nothing. The gas gauge doesn't even work. No power to the tank at all. There is no relay for the pump as it is all integrated into the TIPM. Never had any problems before. The fuel in the tank was clean and yellow.
Can anyone out there tell me what could possibly be the problem? I have replaced the Crank sensor and the Throttle position sensor as well and nothing.
