Welcome guys. I hope you have good luck with yours. Mine (ok, it's the wife's car) has been great so far. It's peppy and gets good gas mileage. (Short stop and go trips for her to go to work it gets 20mpg. over 30 on the hwy) A little noisy on some road surfaces, but since I got her one with the 468 watt Musicgate stereo system, it doesn't bother me one bit

Welcome to our little corner of the forum. Glad to have you guys

I drove my wife's to work the last 3 days (72 mile round trip). I really like the little car. Not as much as my Ram, but drives good. The 2.0L with the CVT2 transmission is quite peppy. Just doesn't sound as good as my Hemi!!!!

I have no complaints. Seems like a well built car. Our 09 has been trouble free so far and will be a year young next month.

Bought both (Dakota & Caliber) in April 2008, haven't had any problems with either.
just normal maintaince - State Inspections and oil changes.
OH...I did replace all the power windows switches in the Caliber, as I wanted the ones with lights in them,
but that was my preference.
Otherwise it is a great little car.

Bought my daughter one in 2006 (an 07 model) it now has 75k on it. The only issue I have had with it is I had to replace the right front strut, 82 bucks and change. She drives it to college 4 days a week and it has never let her down.

Anyone have any issues with RT AWD chewing up the inside edge of the front tires with a good alignment in 4-5k miles????
