07 Caliber shaking at stop light.
Hello, i was wondering if someone could please help me with an issue I知 having with my 07 Caliber, when I知 driving it works fine but as soon as I stop at a red light, it starts to shake, kind of like if it is not idle enough but it is cause the RPM's are at about 800 and when i stop i have to put the car on neutral so that it stays normal then when the light turns green i put back in drive and once i take off it works fine or if I知 in park it works fine, it's only when it is stopped and on Drive, it was working fine and just started to do this, no engine light. Try update the software on the computer first, there is a TSB for this concern, you might have to hit the dealership and talk to them.
Of course, hows the maintainence record? Air Filter, PCV valve? Tune Up?
ask your dealership if they would update the Computers in the car for free if you purchase something like a Tune Up. At least we do. unless they can find something else wrong with your car, I would recommend you starting with a PCM update and some maintainence catch up if you havent done it yet.

Flash: Idle Vibration From a Stop With Closed Throttle
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control
Module (PCM).

control module (TCM) checked for the latest software level whenever the
PCM software is updated. If newer TCM software is available, it must be

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may experience an idle vibration. The condition may occur under the
following parameters:

DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCANｮ) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in
TechCONNECT, verify all engine systems are functioning as designed. If DTC's are
present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further

Can anybody help with a car problem I am having? My Dodge Caliber will not crank over and I have change the starter, check the battery, reset the computer, and tried to jump start it. I am at a point to where I have no Ideal of what could be wrong. If you have some good tips I will be welling to try them out. Thanks Again.
