Tia,
It is removable and also it should have two different slot positions. It is spring loaded and a slight push to the left or right(depending on which way it was put in) will allow you to remove it to take out or fit into the other slot. There are pictures in the owners manual or you can follow this link if you do not have the owners manual handy.

Select the owners manual link on the left and then enter your model and year. In the owners manual it is understanding the features of your vehicle, and then select cargo area features.
