2003 gRANDcARAVAN WON'T START - P1388
 

My 2003 grandcaravan will crank and won't start.My car ODO gives my code P1388, but the OBDII scanner checked our okay with no code returned. I have swapped a confirmed good relay for the ASD relay, but the car still won't start! Also, how would I know if the car control computer is bad? Will the OBDII scanner indicated that if the computer has failed? Please advice and help. Thanks.

when the pcm went on my 99 the only thing that helped to lead me to it was the service engine light didn't light up during the bulb test on start-up
as well as the asd relay curcuit
i didnt have a scanner at the time
but it should help you in this
if the pcm is bad there will be no link to the scanner
