My 92 Grand Caravan SE has started shifting up and down when it shouldn't be. Like mild acceleration, it will downshift and then upshift. Thisusually happens when it is first driven after sitting enough to cool off. Also, the two cable that attach to my throttle body have a lot of slack in them. Should they be tightened?

my 94 had a lot of slack in the throttle cable I think it is normal as it never gave me any trouble mine would upshift and down shift when it was low on fliud have you checked the level recently?
