DodgeForum.com - Hatch won't open

I wish to thank the person who suggested the little pulg in the back of the hatch.
I have been racking my brain trying to get hatch open. However, it should be mentioned that you must poke screwdriver through foam, and have someone outside to oeprate handle.. All I wanted to do was change brake light bulb so I could pass state inspection.
