Default 2001 caravan brake job not going well

Hey there guys, i need some help quick. Im currently doing a brake job on my van, 2001 dodge caravan, and the rotors will literally not come off. Ive been hammering and pulling and even tried to pry them off, but they will literally not budge. I got one to move like half way off the hub studs but now its completely stuck and just wont move. Something is holding it there and i have NO idea what it is. I need to finish this job tonight, so i need help quick

Thanks alot.

two things:

you have to remove the caliper first.
make sure the assembly clips are removed.

yup yup i got it off finally, but now i cant figure out how to back down the piston inside the caliper, you need to back it down enough so that the new pads can fit in , first time doing brakes on the van, completely different from my own car.

Do you have a C-clamp? Or a pair of channel lock pliers. Just don't crack the piston.
