Help! '04 grand caravan won't start
 

when i turn the ignition key I hear a rapid metallic tapping noise - like a ball-peen hammer hitting an anvil. Is that my starter? My solenoid? Where are they? (I have the 3.3L engine.)

possible a low battery. have you tried a jumpstart?? it sounds like a starter click

Correct. Jumpstart worked. I replaced the battery. Thanks.
