Auburn Hills, Mich., Feb 02, 2004 -Chrysler Group today announced pricing for its new 2005 Chrysler and Dodge minivans whicharrive in dealerships early this year. In addition to the minivan segment's first and onlyStow 'n Go™ seating and storage system, the company's new minivans offer a multitudeof new features, safety enhancements, and the most refined driving experience in the segment.</P>


"We will continue to lead the segment we created by offering 15 new features, including our minivan first Stow 'n Go seating and storage system, a feature that enables customers to quickly and easily fold their second- and third-row seats into the floor," said George Murphy, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Chrysler Group. "As the leaders in the minivan segment, we're committed to delivering the best value for our customers."</P>


"Priced at $18,995, we've made our 2005 Dodge Caravan the lowest-priced minivan in the marketplace and we've made Stow 'n Go standard on the majority of our extended-wheelbase minivans. We've delivered an exceptional value to consumers by adding more than $3000 in features and reducing pricing by an average of $3000 per model. In addition, we offer a15 percent better value than Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey." </P>


Stow ‘n Go
With Stow ‘n Go, owners of the new 2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country and Dodge Grand Caravan will have theability to fold their second- and third-row seats into the floor in approximately 30 seconds, with aone-handed effort.Inseconds, the third-row split bench (60/40) may be flipped, individually or in its entirety, completely rearward for convenient, comfortable tailgate seating complete with a weather shelter provided by the liftgate. </P>


Stow ‘n Go will be a standardfeature on the extended-wheelbase 2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country LX, Touring and Limited, and the 2005 Dodge Grand CaravanSXT. Stow 'n Go will be an optional feature on the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. The Chrysler Group is the only manufacturerto offer this unique seating feature to its customers. </P>


Chrysler
For the 2005 model year, Chrysler will offer fourminivan models from whichto choose --one standard-wheelbase model and three extended-wheelbase models. The standard-wheelbase model is the Chrysler Town &amp; Country. Extended-wheelbase models in the lineup include the Chrysler Town &amp; Country LX, Touring and Limited. </P>


2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country
The Chrysler Town &amp; Country standard-wheelbase model features a new Sycamore wood appearance integrated into the center stack, a premium cloth interior,body-color door handles and accent-color moldings. Other features include power door locks, sliding door alert system, remote keyless entry, steering column tilt, steering-wheel mounted speed controls, and sunscreen glass. TheChrysler Town &amp; Country standard-wheelbase model is powered by a 3.3-liter V-6 engine.The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the standard-wheelbase Chrysler Town &amp; Country is $20,995,which includes$665 destination. </P>


2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country LX
Redesigned from the inside out, the Chrysler Town &amp; Country features Stow 'n Go seating,Sycamore wood instrument panel trim, second-row adjustable seats, and a 60/40 split third-row bench with tailgate feature. The Chrysler Town &amp; Country LX model includes a 3.3-liter V-6 engine, four-wheel discbrakes, and 15-inch tires and wheel covers.The MSRP for Town &amp; Country LX is $25,450, whichincludes$680 destination.</P>


2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country Touring
Stow 'n Go is standard on theChrysler Town &amp; Country Touring along with second-row adjustable seats, 60/40 split row bench withtailgate feature,dual-powered sliding doors, power liftgate and roof rack. The interior boasts a newsatin silver trim appearance, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an eight-way power driver seat.The Chrysler Town &amp; Country Touring edition features a 3.8-liter V-6 engine, 16-inchaluminum wheels with monochromatic Chrysler-badged center caps,ABS braking systemwith traction-control, and tire pressure monitoring system.The MSRP for the Chrysler Town &amp; Country Touring is $27,750, whichincludes$680 destination. </P>


2005 Chrysler Town &amp; Country Limited
The Chrysler Town &amp; Country Limited --the first and still the most luxurious minivan in the marketplace --includesStow 'n Goas a standard feature with second-row adjustable seats and a 60/40 split row bench withtailgate feature. The Limited sets the standard in the market for minivan elegance with a Sycamore wood and satin silver interior appearance, leather seats andultra-suede accents, heated driver and front passenger seats, DVD-based navigation radio, Infinity® speakers, six-disc CD/DVD changer, three-zone automatic temperature control, and an electronic vehicle information system.The Limited edition features an overhead rail system with movable/removable storage bins, rear-park assist,bright roof rack, fog lamps,security alarm,3.8-liter V-6 engine, 16-inch tires andchrome-clad wheel covers, and three-row side curtain air bags. Dodge
Dodge will offer five minivan models for the 2005 model year --two standard-wheelbase models and three extended-wheelbase models. Standard wheelbase minivans include Dodge Caravan SE and Dodge Caravan SXT. Extended-wheelbase minivans include Dodge Grand Caravan SE, Grand Caravan SE Plus and Grand Caravan SXT. </P>


2005 Dodge Caravan SE
With an MSRPof $18,995, including$665 destination, the Dodge Caravan SE isnow the lowest priced minivan on the market. The Dodge Caravan SE features a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine,a freshened front fascia and grille,new body-side molding, 15-inch wheels,new wheel covers,new driver's inflatable kneeblocker, new sliding door alert system,new belt alert, and AM/FM/CD. </P>


2005 Dodge Caravan SXT
Standard features on the Dodge Caravan SXTincludea new carbon weave center stack bezel, second-row bucket seats, dual-zone air conditioning, rear defrost system,and tilt-column steering. The Dodge Caravan SXT is powered by a 3.3-liter V-6 engine and features 16-inch tires and new aluminum wheels, power-heated side mirrors,sunscreen glass, power door locks, andkeyless illuminated entry.The MSRP for the Dodge Caravan SXT is $22,295, which includes$680 destination. </P>
