Heater Fan Won't Turn Off
 

I have a 2002 Grand Caravan 3.8 L with 122,000 miles.
After starting engine yesterday, heater fan suddenly came on full blast and now will not turn off or down using controls on temp. function panel.

How do i "pop" the panel to look behind?

I'm guessing whole panel must be replaced -should I go with a new unit from dealer or look for used panel online?
