P0032 Recurring Code???
I have an 04 Grand Caravan 3.3l. I get code P0032, Replaced the O2 Sensor with new and couldn't clear the code out. Replaced it again, cleared the code successfully this time and got it a CEL about 5 minutes later for the same sensor. Any Advice would be appreciated.

O2 sensor heater high usually means the PCM is actuating the sensor's heater and it doesn't sense it working, meaning an open in the harness. Here's a wiring diagram so you can ohm the sensor heater wire

Thank You Tizzy for the helpful information.
Driving my van over the weekend, the CEL reset itself. I drove it for almost 2 Days and then it popped up again. Same code but also this time got P0041 for Incorrect Purge Flow. I did smoke test it last week and had to replace the EGR Valve, then retested it and it is leak free. I am going to check that wiring for the heater on the upstream o2 sensor. Are there any correlations between these two codes? Thanks Again |
no, and the EGR valve has nothing to do with purge either.
