Power lock won't not lock
 

02 Grand Caravan Ext power sliding door behind driver will not lock. All other power lock work without issue. Will not allow manual lock and does not move at all.

I have the same problem with an 03, I had to remove the door panel and replace the electric lock motor

How do you remove the door panel? What is the cost for the electric lock motor?

I just removed any screws and pulled the panel off. the lock was free for me, I just got one off a van in the junkyard and the guy didn't charge me since I do a lot of business with him.
