1995 Dodge Caravan 3.3L turns over won't start....
Starting problem. 1995 Dodge Caravan 3.3L Turns over, will start with starter fluid in throttle body, fuel pump won't kick in. Checking fuel pump outside the gas tank and it pumps fine - full pressure. Have checked it twice out of the gas tank, reinstalled and it works, then for no apparant reason -- stops. Replaced the fuel relay -- nothing changes. Cleaned throttle body -- nothing changes. The manual is no help with electrical tests. Any suggestions??
