Default Cargo suspension

Does anyone know if the Caravan C/V has a heavier leaf spring in the rear? Otherwise, I have a caravan that I am running in this year's demolition derby, and I want to take the leaf out of it after and put it under the leaf currently on my GV. Has anyone had the axle out of one of these? I can make up a larger spring mount bracket to house the thickness of the 2 springs. What I really need to know is how the springs are centered on the axle. Is there a bolt that goes thru the spring center into a hole in the spring perch, or is the rubber bushing molded to the spring with a nub that can't be eaisely modefied to stack the 2 springs? Is there a hole that goes thru the spring if you cut off the bushing to bolt 2 springs together. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

From the looks of the part numbers, a 2000 front wheel drive has around 40 different part numbers for leaf springs. I couldn't begin to tell you what the differences are.
