2003 Caravan no defrost or floor air
The air direction control does not change anything.
I can tell the A/C compressor is selected in the defrost position but the air does not come out of the defrost vents.
It never changes no matter what position you put the control ****.
Any ideas?
Thanks

A lot of people complaining !
We have a 2010 caravan with 4,110 miles ! From day 1 we have the a.c. duct vent that operates properly ! All the other positions are the same ! Well maybe 30 % on defrost . It's like a fishing net blows loud . Leaks air everywhere . I think it must be normal !!!!! Poor design ?? My Thoughts Bud

It sounds like something is changing, but like you said, it's hard to tell where it's going? It feels like 20% on defrost all the time.
Thanks

Is the mode actuator the drive motor for the door?
I suspect the problem is in this area?

I located the controller on the upper left side of the housing.
I also performed a function test and the power LED continued to flash after the test completed, however no code was present so I suspect the control head because it should have flagged a code when it failed to complete the self test. I bought a used one off the bay, so when it arrives I will "Be Back"!
