Does it seem to matter if the other lights in the van are on? Try cycling the headlight switch to check.
Otherwise, if you’re comfortable doing so, remove the radio and inspect the harness connection for loose terminals. If that’s good, remove the covers and inspect the internal components. I can’t tell you exactly what to look for, but check wires for breaks or damage (such as rubbing) and circuit boards for signs of blown capacitors - it would look like small burn spots.
If if you don’t see anything then you can either replace the radio or take it to an electronic repair shop and find out what they think is the problem and cost to fix it.

We're sorry to hear you're having such a tough time. If you decide to visit the dealership to get this inspected, please let me know. I'd be glad to escalate this to a Case Specialist for further handling.
