Default P0141 1/2 o2 sensor heater failure

I've just read P0141 MIL code from our 2003 (ish) Dodge Grand Caravan. Is the heater a part of the O2 sensor itself? Sensor or wiring issues?

Yes, the heater is built into the sensor. Most likely is the sensor but could be wiring or PCM.

I'm not sure if we are clear. The 02 sensor has a built in heater so it don't have to wait for the whole engine to warm up for the 02 sensor to get at operating temperature. As far as it being or having to do with the heater inside the van, no.

If this WAS clear, please disregard my non-sense.
