98 caravan dash out/won't start
 

My 98 Caravan has a dash panel that loses all power for the speed, tach, temp, fuel, mileage and shifter position gauges. The van will run with these instruments not working but will not start when this condition occurs. This is an intermittent electrical problem and my local dealer sayes they do not know what the problem is. Can anyone help?
