I traded gas caps from my new ford 4x4 with my caravan an cleared all my alarms !!!!!!!!! I have no alarms on my new ford truck ! The cap looked brand new from my gc , but was no good for the gc ,but the new ford didn't care ! problems solved for now !!!!!

 

If the gas cap waring lamp came on, Then the evap system need to be ran. This way if you have other problems with the system. To clear the code, you need a scanner for the CAN bus circuit.
