My flywheel is bad
But I want to know if it's okay to drive with a clattering flywheel. I just rebuilt my A670 transmission and used my impact gun to make sure it was torque down good. I used the lowest torque setting btw. My van rides good but it clatters loud. Don't feel like taking the transmission out no time soon. Can I drive around with a bad clattering flywheel?

Not a good idea. If the crank sensor can't sense the flex plate timing windows, and it doesn't take much misalighnment, you will loose engine timing reference and the engine will die. If it happens close to home and in a good neighborhood not so bad, otherwise ....
