Default 2001 Grand Caravan AWD Center Support Bearing Removal

2001 Grand Caravan AWD drive shaft vibrating between 30 to 40 MPH. Looked underneath and found that rubber around center support bearing is shot. Decided to take out AWD drive shaft to get better view. Below is what AWD drive shaft looks like...

Question is how do we take this center support bearing off? The ends of the shaft look too big to remove bearing / slide new one on.

Anyone with idea / replaced this bearing before?

Also drove van around as a front wheel drive vehicle for almost a year with no noticed issues. Just put new center support bearing and reinstalled AWD drive shaft and vibrations are now gone, van is back to being all wheel drive.
