Hi gang!

So, from a few days our right power door (sliding) stopped working on our Grand Caravan 2007. Pushing the open/close button from either places (the ceiling front control panel, or the door open button) won't work . It slides opens manually fine, but we cannot even manually lock it from the lock lever, it's stuck in the unlock (up) position. I suspect something electrical but not sure where to start.
I checked the sliding door's electrical connection, wiggled it, etc., it seems snug.

Since the lock is stuck I would first check the lock actuator inside the door panel. If that checks out I would replace the sliding door wiring harness at the bottom of the door. YouTube would show you how to repair it but a new harness is much more reliable.
