Grand Caravan - 1" lift in front.
Tired of scraping on curbs, I want to lift my otherwise stock 05 Grand Caravan 1" in the front. Haven't found much for kits but eBay shows a strut spacer kit. The spacers install on top of the struts for a 30mm lift, followed by an alignment. I installed my struts and it wasn't that hard so I may go this route but I'd love to hear about other kits. https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/dodgefo...80e61a30ed.jpg

For coil springs, there are only coil spring spacers. Or maybe stiffer coil springs from another vehicle. Be aware you will place undue stress on the front end components (CV axles, tie rods). Probably won't be that bad with only a 1" lift, but you are still changing the factory design geometry of the font suspension.

I did some research and found that my 09 struts have the same spacing as a 1500 silverado, those are only $36. figured if they didn't work i wouldn't loose to much. But for your year I say that the 30mm should work great. I tried to post a thread about my lift but I'm too new and I guess it has to be approved. Here are some pics of the rear coil spacers that fit perfectly!

The little air dam under the front facia that hits the curb tore off the other day, which is one way to fix this problem, but I'd still like a little lift.

My wife tore that off a long time ago. We live up in the mountains and would like better ground clearance. I'm also thinking of runnig 245/65r17 BFGs.
