2017 Dodge Caravan - driver door sensor issue - interior lights not coming on
Hi All,
I'm new to Dodge forums and just purchased my 2017 Dodge Caravan about a month ago. We bought it used from a Nissan dealership. There was an issue with the driver door lock actuator so they replaced it however now the door sensor is not working. The car has no idea that the door is opened (or closed) so the interior lights do not go on and the stereo stay on after the ignition is shut off and the door is opened. I'm actually at the dealership right now and they are telling me they can't figure out how to fix it. Can anyone shed light as to where the door sensor is located? Is it separate? or is it located within the door lock actuator? Any information on this issue would be helpful. Thanks
