I have 2019 grand caravan with power sliding doors. The left door stopped working several months ago. Just started working again but when the car goes to lock the doors there is an actuator that vibrates. There is a white pin on the back end of the door that is loose not sure if that matters. This part is not on the right door.
any idea on what is going on and what needs adjusting?

I have an older model 2016 and it has/had a problem that sounds like same thing.
Go to Mopar website do search for recalls (you need your vin) go to warranty extensions
For my van it was called X98 and they did repairs for free..

For X98 it covers 2015-2017 but I heard from shop tech its a wider known issue..

Hope you locate info and get it fixed..
It also does not matter if you purchased vehicle new or used.
