Urgent Takata Airbag Recall
We’re certain you’ve heard of the Takata Airbag Safety Recall and believe some of you are hesitant to get it completed. It is urgent that you take the necessary steps to repair your affected vehicle to ensure the safety of you and your passengers. In a minor crash, the front airbag(s) on your vehicle may explode due to excessive internal pressure. If this happens, a rupture could result in shrapnel and sharp metal fragments striking vehicle passengers, which may lead to serious injury or death. FCA will repair the vehicle FREE of charge (parts and labor). If you haven’t completed this airbag recall, please share with us why. What I find interesting and disappointing at the same time with the Takata Airbag recall is the lack of effort at the FCA dealerships preforming the work on all the FCA vehicles affected by the defective airbags.
When having my vehicle done, the FCA dealership only replaced the driver side airbag and not the passenger side air bag. And put down in the paper work that the air bag recall task was complete.
I know this because I watched them do all the work. And that is all the FCA dealership mechanics/techs did. So I guess my passenger is SOL if we get in an accident.
You got to luv it. FCA and FCA dealerships continue to earn the hearts and minds of their customers.

You posted a fca dealership was not performing a safety recall and closing the recall as completed.
This did not happen; you were just misinformed
A dealership that would knowingly does this should be out of business, would be open to lawsuits and have their dealership pulled from fca.
