need key fob/keys 2010 challenger

2010 challenger rt purchased at auction with no key or fob what is best way to obtain. The owner took them from impounded vehicle and unable to contact them.

You will need to go though the dealer. They will probably want proof of ownership.

Yep, take your vin/proof of ownership, along with the VIN to the dealer. They should be able to set you up. (they may need the whole car though.... so, keep that in mind.)
