MPG depends on driving habits I can average between 18-20 in town or hover around 15, it all depneds on how heavy my foot is

All chargers are 4 doors so you don't get nailed on insurance.

I drive the Charger Daytona model and I average between 16 and 17 in town and when I travel out of town I get from 22 to 26 the car's computer makes it real easy to track what you're getting where. I have a tendency to get up to speed quickly cause I love the torque and to listen to the engine.
The MDS cylinder deactivation shuts down 4 of the cylinders when they aren't needed boosting the gas mileage and it transitions in one hundredth of a second so you never feel it happening. I don't know why anyone informed would buy the six (based on gas mileage and not vehicle cost, it's about 3000 to upgrade from SE to RT) it only gets one mile better in the city and less on the freeway and the Hemi is soo much more fun. (368 hp 395ft lb of torque). here's a link to the dodge site that lists all the mpgs by model and engine.-Rob

cool thanks for the info. we might save up and sell a couple of are cars and get a newer 07 or so charger the mpg on the 4cyl. caliber was around 18 in city when I drove it but it was a rental and I only put 25 miles on it. so that number is not right. my pt only get 27 or so . I have a 68 charger when that is done mpg wont even be checked 7mpg at best. 440 4bbl not known to be gas savers.

drive a hybird I need the gas

I have an 06 Daytona with the hemi, get around 20 in combined city and highway, out on the road 22 to 26, gotta love the hemi. It is hard not to have a few onramp romps so could probably get better with a softer foot.
