Replaced pink shift interlock '07 Charger won't start
My 2007 Charger SXT was stuck in park and like everyone else I had tried the pink override tab on the side of the gearshift which didn't work. So, after researching several more different sites and awesome posts by others.. I used the following link as a guide to replace my other "pink part" know as the shift interlock lock by Dorman for 39.99 http://youtu.be/8uAmY_M7TTk
After installing I couldn't get my car out of park so I used the side override pink button and sure enough got it out of park but when I put it back in gear my car wouldn't start. More troubleshooting and I noticed the yellow ruler tad/black cable tranny gearshift link screw was off from where I had marked earlier (per video instructions) before disconnecting.
Adjusted screw and got the car to start but my gears are not lining up with what my gauges read and I can only go forward but not reverse..? Any ideas on how to fix or adjust?

HELP! Car wont start after fixing pink thingy.
We fixed the park interlock on our 07 charger sxt. We put it all back together and now the car will not start. Everything seems to be connected right but it just wont start. The radio wont work but headlights and everything else will. Any ideas????
