Hood won't open?
 

Hey guys, I went to do an oil change on my charger a couple days ago and the hood won't open for some reason, it'll pop when I pull the release under the dash but when I go to open it using the lever underneath the actual hood it won't budge. I just replaced the coolant system a couple weeks ago and it had no problems opening but now it won't open at all. I don't think it has anything to do with the hood release in the dash because it pops just fine but it won't actually open all the way. Any ideas on what this could be or how to fix it?

Shine a flashlight under it and see what's holding it down.
