I have a garage queen that we put about 1000 miles or less on per year. I have had the oil changed every 3000 miles or less and there doesn't seem to be anything going wrong. I was wondering if there is a service or a specific thing I need to check on. When we do drive it's usually a few hundred miles and I don't want a risk of break down. All the hoses and belts look good, ti's been in the garage which is fairly climate controlled.

 

Refer to your owners manual. It will state time intervals for scheduled maintenance items as well as mileage intervals. For example, engine oil should be changed every 6000 miles OR 6 months. Whichever comes first.
