Default 1978 b200 ******* wagon

I threw a bearing rod and with limited information to go on bought a used 360. Turns out the van has a 400. Anybody give me an idea about how much of a pain in the *** this will be to use the 360 or if it’s feasible at all.

Isn't the 400 considered a 'big block'? If that's the case, I don't think it will bolt to the small block transmission.
