power seat doesn't recline

Have a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica and the car has power seats, the drivers seat moves forward, but doesn't recline. Any ideas where to starts.

Reclining is a different mechanism from the power seat part. Usually there is a manual lever on the side to recline the seatback. The "powered" part is the seat itself, which moves forward, backward up and down.
