Interior Lights Won't Go Out
 

My 2003 Dakota has a funky light issue. The interior lights quit dimming and turning off right at the 36,000 mile mark, imagine that. Crappy dealer here in town won't look at it for less then $150.00. I have tryed every setting on the dimmer toggle switch thingy. It is supposed to auto shut off after 15 min to save battery, but even that won't work. Also am getting a funny 3rd horn beep after locking doors, used to only get 2 when the lights were working right. Any suggestions? Nothing in manual about this.
