Default Dodge Dart Configurator Goes Online

Read it here: Dodge Dart Configurator Goes Online

Make your own Dart here. It's pretty fun and it gives an idea of what to expect from the dart when it's released. I already posted my custom in the link above. But you should post yours here!

$24k is a little steep. The Caliber is a better deal.

I agree, these things are in the same price range as the Chrysler200/Avenger, I thought the Dart would be cheaper entry level compact. a SXT model w/ Automatic trans is close to 20k.

But then again, it's competition aren't any cheaper. most Cruze, Focus, Corolla, and Civic in the dealer's lot are $20K+.

I was looking at the Ralley package with fog lights and such. Our 09 SXT Caliber 2.0/CVT2 was under $18k with the Musicgate system amd 6 disc dvd changer. (no video)

yeah... cars are ridiculously expensive these days. even tho they offer more options.
compare to 10 years ago, a Mid-line trim a 1500 RAM didn't cost $40k, nor did a Minivan cost $30k.
But it shock me that the Dart is almost as pricey as the Avenger, 200, and Journey.

well, even with Caliber gone, the Jeep Compass(with no compass) is staying.

Yeah, I was under the assumption that Dodge/Fiat was going after the highly lucrative small car niche that Honda (Civic) and Toyota (Corolla) dominate, but with their reputations for reliability and respective MSRPs of $15,605 and $16,130 I don't know what Dodge/Fiats intended market is...
