Default 2013 Dodge Dart Recall?

There's a Recall for a PCM issue for the 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo engine w/dual dry clutch transmission.
Under certain conditions, the engine could stall when the temperature is 20 degrees or colder, increasing the risk of a crash.

We got the Recall Notice in the mail today.
Has anyone experienced the issue?
(I'm not likely to find out in South Florida)

Took it in for the Recall on Friday... the dealer said it would take 3hrs to reprogram the PCM... now we all know it doesn't take that long... 30min later we get a phone call saying it's done... surprise, surprise.
