A couple questions please
I have a 2015 Dart that I bought used and it only came with 1 key that I can't seem to figure out where the battery goes when it comes time to change it. Also, yesterday morning I went to start the car but it wouldn't start. The radio, lights, horn etc worked so I didn't think it was the battery. After about 6 times of trying it kicked on. It was cold out but it's been colder so I don't think it's that. Any ideas? It is still under warranty but being that it's Christmas Eve I and the closest Dodge dealer is pretty far I don't want to chance driving there.

It didn't come with one, unfortunately. It was also missing the key to the locked lug nuts but I got those taken off. I'm sure if I looked more I could figure out the battery. It's more the car not starting that concerns me. I take very good care of the car so I'm thinking it's just something that I don't know. My oil life is low, I don't know if that could have been the problem but I doubt it. Could the battery in the key being close to dead be the problem?

was it a crank, no start or no crank condition?
do you have the 2.4 mulit-air engine?
if the temp is -30*f or lower...you must plug in the block heater. I was told it engineered this way...not sure why you would do this for a north american market. I believe its due to the "brick" for the hydraulically operated valves. the valves are opened by oil pressure.
i can't find any service information to confirm this; was told this by in a training course.

Sorry to hear about this! You can download a copy of your Owner's Manual from the Knowledge Center on www.mopar.com. Also, if you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know.
