Electric fan won't turn on!!
 

Hi just need a little help.I replaced head gasket,new belts including timing belt,new thermostat,02 sensor,coolant temp sensor,air filter,new plugsand wires and dropped tranny pan and put new filter in it.The problem is the electric fan won't turn on. I hard wired it to battery and it works so I don't need a new one.Bought the coolant temp sensor from NAPA and told them about this.They ordered another CTS for me to try.It'll be in tomorrow.I checked the relays and alternated the same ones and all the other things still worked.Any ideas other than wiring it to a switch on the dash.Hopefully it is just the CTS.Thanks for any help.

Did you do your ignition timing right? Sometimes advancing it too much will cause the fan not to kick in. Also,this happened to me after pretty much the exact same job as you,make sure your fan plugged all the way in to it's socket. The clips get old and sometimes they don't hold on like they should and require a little extra push to keep it in all the way.
