I have a 1990 dodge Daytona 6 cylinder and I was trying to fix the fact that everything works but my tac and speedo. I figured the tac was connected to the coil so I thought I’d focus on the speedo. After receiving a new full cluster it didn’t fix it. Then I checked the speed sensor. The gear looked good on it so that eliminated that possibility of fault. I put it in and I got life out of my speedo but it’s just sitting at max speed and when parked will reset at the 20 - 50 mph mark. Lots of jumping going on with it. Is there a way to reset this that I’m missing or should I be looking at the gears the speedo gear turns? Any help accepted!
