The lock broke on my sliding rear window. Dealer only sells the whole window. Anybody have the lock from a replaced window or the whole slider cheaper than the dealer? Otherwise, what were some creative ways to lock your sliding window once the metal clip and flip over latch are missing?

Ram 1500, 2002, new body style

 

The dealer sells the middle window for 90 bucks here in Jersey. I have an 03 RC with the same problem. They said the lock is part of the window so they have to sell together. Its just the middle glass not the sides. Ebay has them on there sometimes also.
