Your stock R/T springs can handle the 400, I think. Don't know how fast cam springs wear out, but I wouldn't worry about it. For general purposes, go with the 400, unless you're trying to build something ridiculous.

well if you go with anything more aggressive than the comp 400 cam, you are going to need titanium valve springs, and you will need ALL of the bolt-ons CAI, MMI, 60mm TB, Iridium Spark Plugs, Crank Scrapper (helps), Ignition Coil, 8.5mm wires, Adjustible Cam Gear, UDP, theres prolly more that i am forgetting.... you will also need to have the timing tuned correctly, and depending on how crazy you go you may even need to run race gas, which is like $10-$16/gal i think by me.... the stuff isn't cheap... also you may have to invest in a lot of supporting mods like a fully built bottom end that can handle those kind of revs the cam is gonna wanna put out, also the AF/x Performance PCM will also be useful to you when you are tuning, and it will also allow you to utilize the cams potential to rev up to like 7.5k rpm or w/e it is... oh and bottom end kits usually run you like $1000-$2000 depending on what you buy, in what condition and from who/where you buy it from... I hope im not dicouraging you from modding your car how YOU want it, but these are just the things you gotta know before you go freakin' bannanas with mods

np.... I suggest you do an adjustible cam gear while you are at it... I'm not sure what you should set the timing at on the cam gear though... you'll have to look into that...
