Hello,

I picked this neon up a couple of years ago. I drove it for about a month and spun a rod bearing. It does have a 2.4 swap, a dohc pcm, & a 3.94 Trans.

The Good:
-2.4 swap mounts
-good 3.94 trans
-super clean intense blue couple
-clean title
-has nice enkie 17' bronze wheels
-less than 90k original miles!!

The Bad:
-it does have one or two dents (pretty typical places)
-I took the rod caps off to see how bad the damgage was, the crank looked good but heres the kicker...I mispalced the rod caps! Somewhere between my house and the machine shop that looked at them for me. So at a minimum it is going to need to rods replaced
-I will add more as it comes to me.

I am looking for $1,000w/ the wheels. $ 800 without. I will also take trades, I really need a set of forged pistons and rods for another neon I am building. Will consider turbo parts as trades. Aslo looking for something more aggresive then a crane 14 or comp 400 for a sohc project I am working on.

Could you list the options this car has such as power windows/locks, audio, cruise, air, auto or stick, and maybe some pics of the right side, under the hood and interior? Will it come with the r/t wheels if I don't want the aftermarket ones? Thanks

 

Hey man I just had a few questions about the car. I was wonder what it would take to make it run if it is not already and how much the parts would cost to fix it, also if you had any more pics of the engine or interior. thank you please get back with me a.s.a.p need new car.
